Rental of Facilities Information

American Legion Post 10 Hall rental:

Non-Members (American Legion): 
$725.00 for 4 hours, $50.00 each additional hour afterwards, must be pre-arranged at time of rental agreement.
$375.00 Security Deposit: Hall must be cleaned and returned to condition at the beginning of the rental.  Security Deposit will be returned within 10 days if Hall cleaned and returned to condition at the beginning of the rental.

Members (American Legion):
You must be a member in good standing of the American Legion for a minimum of one (1) year and show proof of same to receive the discount.  
$250.00 for 4 hours, $50.00 each additional hour afterwards, must be pre-arranged at time of rental agreement.
$375.00 Security Deposit: Hall must be cleaned and returned to condition at the beginning of the rental.  Security Deposit will be returned within 10 days if Hall cleaned and returned to condition at the beginning of the rental.


Rentors must purchase their own ABC one day alcohol license.
As per Virginia State law, no one under 21 years of age will be allowed to consume alcohol.

Children are not authorized to play outside on the premises.  Children must stay in the Hall and under constant adult supervision.

Post 10 Hall Rental includes:

172 maximum seating capacity. 8 foot rectangle tables, round banquet tables & chairs are available.  Ice is included. Kitchen facilities are not available.  

There are no kitchen supplies available.  Please ensure you bring bowls, napkins, plates, cups/glasses, silverware, etc., plus all serving utensils you may need.

Ample parking is available for rental guests in the rear Post 10 parking lot.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Rental of Hall for Meetings [applies to other than Post 10 meetings]

First three (3) hours $100.00 in advance - cash or certified check; each additional hour or part thereof $50.00.  Tables and chairs included.
